The getenergy Village – Kazakhstan is operating as part of the 4th Annual HR Conference of KazMunayGaz – TAO of Leadership on the 6/7th November 2008.
The getenergy Village – Kazakhstan is an initiative to bring participants from the getenergy global community to an annual HR meeting run by KazMunayGaz in Astana between the 6th and 7th November 2008. getenergy has partnered with KazMunayGaz under the patronage of its CEO, to deliver this ‘Village’ event on the 7th November. A limited number of people from the getenergy community will be able to attend both this and the KazMunayGaz HR Conference on the 6th November.
The aim of the getenergy Village is to run a series of Exchanges (without PowerPoint), to examine the opportunities and partnerships in education and training which will be required to deliver a Kazakh workforce. We will also be looking in details at the existing efforts being made by large Kazakh and international companies who are active in the region.
There will be a limited number of exhibition spaces – primarily for sponsors of the event and Kazakh universities and colleges. International organisations wishing to have a stand should contact getenergy directly or its partner the Unified Training Centre.
In Common with all future getenergy Village events, the results of these meetings in Astana will form the agenda for the country session at 5th getenergy Annual Global Event 2009 – London, UK from 23rd – 25th March 2009, London.
