Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at the Medina Grand Perth, Pan Pacific Perth and Parmelia Hilton Perth, where a room block with “special rate” is being held for 2012 APOGCE conference delegates.
Conference delegates are advised to stay at these hotels as they are close to the Convention Centre. Please complete the Hotel Booking Form to ensure your hotel accommodation during the conference. Alternatively, you may visit the following websites to make reservation online:

Immigration/Visa
A valid passport with a visa is required for all non-Australian citizens attending the conference. Visas can be applied for at any office of the Australian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate. An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to attendees upon request.
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to Australia. This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa. To receive an invitation letter by mail or fax, you must first register for the conference.
Please ensure that your passport is also valid for the period of stay you are visiting Australia.
