Phil Andrews is getenergy’s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. Phil’s job is to lead the Getenergy team, build and guide the company strategy with getenergy’s Board of Directors as well as bringing new people into our Getenergy community.
Phil won the Young Entrepreneur of 2004 award in London, UK and sits on the Board of the Higher Education Academy. He is also an Honorary Life Member of Nottingham University where he studied Politics and ran the University Theatre!
Peter Mackenzie Smith – Chairman

Peter is a director of getenergy and a consultant in international education and training, with a particular focus on relationships with business and industry.
He was director of education for GEC plc and the Marconi Corporation until 2003 and had an earlier career with the British Council in Africa, the Middle East, and the UK where he worked extensively in the management of international education projects and in education and training trade promotion.
